Solution
We created IoT digital experiences communicating the unique services provided to Allstate customers. Allstate app experience design combines services, data and connected car experience for easy access and assistance at hand.
The IoT app leverages the customer location services which gives the provider the ability to find them fast! With this type of information, we can provide the customer with real-time updates on the service requested and the type of service requested can reduce costs on vehicle dispatch type.
